Risk Analysis
Monte Carlo Simulation is a widely used method of statistical
analysis for any problem that includes a degree of uncertainty.
ENGCOMP specializes in applying this to the evaluation of contingency
for capital-cost estimating. However, this tool can be used for

Capital-Cost Estimating
We employ experts in the area of cost estimating and follow the
guidelines of the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering
(AACE).
Monorails and Hoisting Certification
We are specialists in the area of structural design for hoisting
needs. We have extensive experience designing monorails, lift
beams, custom spreader beams, etc. We have also developed a Monorails
Design Guideline for designing monorails, since there was previously
no such document available.
Rigging Studies and Special Lift Certification
Our vast experience in the heavy industrial field in retrofit
situations has exposed us to many cases in which rigging studies
were required. Using 3D CAD, engineering calculations, and practical
experience, we are able to certify a detailed procedure for installation
of large equipment in complex locations.
Fall Protection Design
Qualified to certify most fall protection designs, we use our
many years of experience in the industry to explore, evaluate,
and offer a variety of options to meet your needs.
Hydrostatic Tanks Design
We are also qualified to design tanks using all applicable standards.
We have experience with raised hopper style tanks as well as flat
bottom tanks supported on the ground.
Bulk Solids Storage Bins Design
We are authorized to design any size of steel bin for the storage
of bulk solids. Whether it is a simple can-style bin, a complex
rotary-plow-reclaim-slot style bin or a rectangular loading pocket,
we can provide the services you need.
